Good Morning and updating

Just wanted to drop in and say Hello....Well I am well on my way  to having a full house of boxes.  Since the move is scheduled for the end of the month, I am in my sewing room and trying to get that finished up now.  It is hard for me myself to wrap around the thought of moving again but since we moved my mother-in-love  in this is just not a handicap friendly environment and that is what she definitely needs.  She has something   called Renauyds  syndrome and they are trying to find the right medications for her but anything she takes at this point will take a month to really work.  She cannot use a walker here since she cannot get around the boxes so the time for moving is now and they will be here on the 28th and 29th to do just that.  Not moving far just about 25 minutes away but it is handicap accessible and a beautiful location so all are happy in the end.  So I have managed to get a few things done but not much since this New Year started but hopefully changes are a coming.  Take care my friends and I will post when all is done.....I hope your New Year has started off on a wonderful note and all is well in your neck of the neighborhood.......

hi sharon,
i understand about your mother-in-law, i have reynauds too. to help my hands, i wear crafters gloves sometimes. the ones that dont have finger except to the first bend in your fingers. they help improve circulation. sometimes my hands turn completely blue or red or white. my doctor says most professionals call it the flag syndrome because your hands or feet turn red, white or blue. i have it in my feet too. in the summer, my dog likes to lay on my feet because they are so cold. she makes a great foot warmer lol. i am happy you like where you are moving to. hang in there, things will get better. barbara babscorbitt@gmail.com

Sharon, my mom has Renauyds syndrome...I know this is going to sound strange but....dietary changes have helped her greatly! More than the medicine her medical team prescribed!!! It is a 'culture shock' but so worth the effort...Mom has ditched all grains and gluten...guess what...no more symptoms and a host of other medical issues have vanished too!!! She was able to tell a big difference in just 2 weeks! The tricky part though is that many medicines also contain elements of grains and gluten...and once they were able to determine those...rapid progress to better health!!! It's worth a try, and thankfully now there are many resources and support groups available online to assist with the transition to grain and gluten free. Hoping your move is easy and stress free!

You probably don't have as much "stuff I should get rid of" now since you had such a recent other move. I will be happy for you to get settled where you will be most content.
